ORDER
GOVERNMENTS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
of 26 February 2021
on the adoption of crisis measures
Following the Government Resolution No. 196 of 26 February 2021 by which the Government, in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of Constitutional Act No. 110 / 1998 Coll., on the Security of the Czech Republic, declared emergency status for the territory of the Czech Republic because of a health threat related to the detection of coronavirus / referred to as SARS CoV-2 / in the territory of the Czech Republic, and within the meaning of § 5 (a) to (e) and § 6 of the Act No. 240 / 2000 Coll., on crisis management and on the amendment of certain laws (Crisis Act), as amended, for the resolution of a crisis situation, it decided to adopt emergency measures within the meaning of § 5 (b) and (e) and § 6 (c) of the Crisis Act.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
I. prohibits the cremated body of a person deceased outside the territory of the Czech Republic, who is neither a national of the Czech Republic nor has permanent residence in the territory of the Czech Republic, except for the deceased, which is located on 27 February 2021 in the territory of the Czech Republic;
II. imposes the operation of a crematorium to the maximum extent possible, without taking into account the restrictions on operation imposed by the municipality.
