Order of the Czech National Bank on the issue of coins after 10 pennies of model 1993, on the expiry of coins after 10 pennies of Czechoslovak currency and their exchange

DECLARATION
Czech National Banks
of 26 March 1993
on the issue of coins after 10 halves of model 1993, the expiry of coins after 10 halves of Czechoslovak currency and their exchange
Czech National Bank pursuant to § 22 (a) and (d) of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 6 / 1993 Coll., on the Czech National Bank, states:
§ 1
On 12 May 1993, the coins shall be issued for circulation in each of the 10 pennies of the model 1993 (hereinafter referred to as "the ten pennies').
§ 2
(1) The 10 haler is driven from an alloy containing 990 aluminium parts and 10 magnesium parts. The weight of the ten-inch is 0.6 g, its diameter is 15,5 mm and its strength is 1.7 mm. The edge of the ten-inch is smooth.
(2) A tolerance of 0,1 g, 0,1 mm in diameter and 0,05 mm shall be allowed in the case of 10-inch embossing. In the composition of the metal, a tolerance of up and down of 0,5% is allowed when embossing.
§ 3
(1) The Czech lion is a symbol of Czech statehood. In the copy the name of the state "CZECH REPUBLIC" and at the lower edge of the coin is the year of the stamping. The number of hits is separated from the name of the state by dots. Above the year of the stamping, the lion is placed between the back legs of the mint, which drove the ten-cent.
(2) On the reverse of the ten-cent coin, the marked coin value is "10." A "h" abbreviation identifying the sub-monetary unit is placed between the digits of the value number at the bottom edge of the coin. The background of the value number is a stylized water level consisting of seven corrugated lines. The author of the design of the tenner is academic sculptor Jiří Pradler, the initials of his name "JP" are placed between the lower part of the digit "0" and the right edge of the coin.
§ 4
(1) Coins after 10 halves of Czechoslovak currency (1) expire on 31 July 1993.
(2) The coins referred to in paragraph 1 shall be exchanged between 1 August and 30 November 1993 by the Czech National Bank and the banks.2)
§ 5
This Decree shall take effect on 1 May 1993.
