on the issue of a price decision
The Energy Regulatory Authority, in accordance with Article 10 (2) of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on Prices, as amended, announces that pursuant to Article 2c of Act No. 265 / 1991 Coll., on the competence of the Czech authorities in the field of prices, as amended, § 17 (6) (d) and § 17 (11) and Article 12 of the Act No. 458 / 2000 Coll., on the terms and conditions of business and on the performance of the state administration in the energy sector and on the amendment of certain laws (Energy Act), as amended, adopted by Decision No 1 / 2018 of 22 May 2018 on regulated gas supply prices.
According to Article 17 (9) of the Energy Act, the Energy Regulatory Authority published Price Decision No 1 / 2018 in the Energy Regulatory Journal of 28 May 2018, amounting to 3. The price decision became valid on that date of publication. The price decision shall take effect on 1 January 2019.
