DECLARATION
Ministry of Environment
of 16 April 1997
announcing the national nature reserve of the Punqua Ventiles and laying down its close protection conditions
The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to § 79 (3) (b) with regard to § 28 (1) and § 37 (1) of the Czech National Council Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on the conservation of nature and landscape:
Announcement of the National Nature Reserve Punk Vents
(1) The National Nature Reserve of the Punk Vents (hereinafter referred to as the "National Nature Reserve") is announced in the Moravian Karst.
(2) The object of protection is the underground karst phenomena created in the Devon limestone, the geomorphologically valuable surface of the territory, in particular the Punkva Valley, the Hollow and Dry Rivers and the Macocha abyss with a distinctive climate and vegetation inversion, as well as preserved natural and nature close to the plant and animal communities bound to this specific environment.
Definition of the national nature reserve
(1) The national nature reserve is situated in Blansko County, in Blansko cadastral territory on plot 1548; 1, 2, 3, 5, 5, 7, 7, 7, 749 / 1, 749 / 2, 749 / 2, 753 / 1, 753 / 2, 753 / 5, 753 / 5, 753 / 6, 753 / 7, 755, 756, 756 / 1, 757 / 1, 751, 752, 753 / 1, 753 / 2, 753 / 5, 753 / 7, 755, 756, 756, 756, 757 / 1, 757 / 5, 751, 752, 753 / 1, 753 / 2, 753 / 2, 753 / 5, 753 / 7, 753 / 7, 755, 755, 755, 756, 756, 765, 1089, 1089 / 12, 1289 / 12, 1289 / 2, 12, 12, 12 / 24 / 12, 12 / 10, 12 / 10, 12 / 10, 12 / 10, 12 / 20 / 20 / 10, 12 / 10, 12, 12 / 20 / 10, 12, 12 / 10, 12 / 06, 12 / 10
(2) The map documents in which the territory of the national nature reserve is drawn are, in addition to the records in the central list of nature protection1) deposited at the Ministry of the Environment (hereinafter referred to as "Ministry"), at the Moravský Karst Association, at the District Office of Blansko, at the Municipal Office of Blansko, at the Municipal Office of the Island of Macocha, at the Municipal Office of Vilémovice and at the Municipal Office of Vavřinec.
Closer protection conditions for the national nature reserve
Only with the consent of the competent authority of nature protection (2) may:
(a) to operate for the public the accessible parts of Punky Caves and the Catharine Caves;
(b) conduct research activities in accessible parts of caves;
(c) to make changes to the type of land, unless this results from a national nature reservation plan;
(d) to carry out interventions in the Punk River surface bed or underground streams;
(e) to provide sales or other services on reinforced areas outside buildings;
(f) to adjust the road surface using non-local natural material;
(g) to ride with horse coats, with the exception of those of owners and tenants of land used in normal land management;
h) conduct sightseeing flights over the national nature reserve;
(i) to organise and organise public events (in particular public sports and tourist events), except in the case of the normal operation of accessible parts of caves as defined in (a);
(j) carry out geological work linked to the intervention into the territory;
(k) to freely feed animals or fish, to establish hunting or fishing facilities, or to carry out other activities related to the exercise of hunting and fishing rights,
(l) carry out extractive, educational or cultivation work in forests where the forest owner operates without an approved plan or an approved forest economic curriculum.
Protection zone
To ensure the national nature reserve against interference from the surrounding area, a protection zone is declared, 3) which is situated in the Blansko district in the Blansko cadastral territory on the areas No 1538, 1539, 1542, 1544, 1545, 1546, 1547, 3523, 3524, 3528 and 3538; in the cadastral territory of Blanska on the parks No 545, 547, 548 to 554, 555 / 1, 555 / 2, 565 and 570 / 1; in the cadastral territory of the Island of Macocha on the parks No 1658 / 1 and 1665 / 1; in the cadastral territory of Suchdol in the Moravian Karst on the building parks No 48 and 49 and in the land parks No 568 / 1, 750 / 2, 750 / 3, 779 / 1 and 779 / 5; in the cadastral territory of Týchoch on the parks No 514, 516, 518 to 524, 525 / 1, 526, 527 / 1, 531, 532, 533 / 1, 539, 540, 544, 551, 566 / 1, 567 / 1, 568, 569 / 1, 526, 527 / 1, 531, 532, 532, 533 / 1, 544, 544, 523 / 24 / 24 / 24 / 24 / 24, 12, 12, 12 / 24, 12, 12, 12, 12

From Annex No. V to the Order of the Ministry of the Environment of the Czech Republic No. 395 / 1992 Coll., implementing certain provisions of the Czech National Council Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on the conservation of nature and landscape, the entry "Moravian Karst - Centre 'is deleted.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
