on the extension of the commitment of Appendix 2 Collective contracts of higher degrees to 2016 - 2019
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs pursuant to Section 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on Collective Negotiations, as amended by the Constitutional Court found under No. 199 / 2003 Coll. and Act No. 255 / 2005 Coll., announces that Appendix No. 2 of the Collective Contracts of Higher Degree 2016 - 2019, which was concluded on 4 April 2018 between the Higher Trade Union Body - Construction of the Czech Republic, the Department of Transport Workers' Association, the Road Economy and the Automotive Repair Codes of the Classification of Economic Activities of the Czech Republic - NACE, 16.23, 22.23, 23.2, 23.3, 23.5, 23.9, 23.9, and 43.
The content of Appendix 2 Collective contracts of higher degree for the years 2016 - 2019 can be found at the regional branches of the Czech Labour Office and on the website of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (www.mpsv.cz).
