determining a period with a lower need for work by state-owned forestry organisations
According to Section 105 (4) of the Labour Code, the Ministry of Agriculture provides in agreement with the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs:
The period from 1 December of the calendar year to 31 March of the following calendar year shall be of lower duration for the purpose of providing additional leave to workers of state-owned forestry organisations, with the exception of military forests.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
