on the definition of non-business areas for the purpose of establishing a salary base

This Regulation defines the non-business sphere for the purposes of establishing a salary base under the provisions of Section 3 (3) of the Act so that this concept is continuously followed by a similar concept defined in a manner defined by the methodology for international comparison within the European Union used by the Czech Statistical Office until 2016.
As from the reference year 2017, the non-business area for the purposes of the detection and publication of the average nominal monthly wage shall be the range of reporting agents having one of the legal forms listed in the Annex to this Regulation.
The Czech Statistical Office will publish an indication of the average nominal monthly wage achieved in the non-business area for the purposes of the provisions of Section 3 (3) of the Act for the last calendar year in a way that allows remote access by 30 September of the calendar year.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the first day of the calendar month following its publication.
