COMMUNICATION
Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs
of 20 April 2015
imposing collective agreements of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that, in accordance with the provisions of § 9 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended, the following collective agreements of higher degree were imposed on it during the period of February - March 2015:
1. Appendix 1 to the Collective Higher Level Contract, concluded on 26 February 2015 between the Contracting Parties
Employee association of mining and oil industry
and
The union of mining workers, geology and the oil industry.
2. Collective contract of higher degree 2015 - 2016, concluded on 9 March 2015 between the Contracting Parties
The Union of Trade and Tourism of the Czech Republic
and
Czech-Moravian trade union hospitality, hotels and tourism.
3. Appendix 1 to the Collective Agreement 2015 - 2016, concluded on 10 March 2015 between the Contracting Parties
Czech Union of Employers in Energy
and
ECHO trade union,
The Czech Energy Union.
