GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 2 February 2005
amending Government Regulation No. 140 / 2000 Coll., establishing a list of free trade disciplines, as amended, and Government Regulation No. 469 / 2000 Coll., laying down the content of individual trades, as amended by Government Regulation No. 491 / 2004 Coll.
The Government orders pursuant to § 73a (1) of Act No. 455 / 1991 Coll., on Business Business (Trade Act), as amended by Act No. 356 / 1999 Coll.:
Amendment of the Government Regulation establishing a list of free trade disciplines
The Annex to Government Regulation No. 140 / 2000 Coll., establishing the list of free trade branches, as amended by Government Regulation No. 468 / 2000 Coll. and Government Regulation No. 492 / 2004 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In column 103. of the heading "Definition of the subject matter of the activity ', the words" - care of file material' are deleted.
2. The following heading number 124 is inserted after number 123:
Business: "Operation of postal and foreign postal services"
The current heading number 124. is renumbered as heading 125.
Amendment of the Government Regulation laying down the content of individual trades
Government Decree No. 469 / 2000 Coll., establishing the content of individual trades, as amended by Government Decree No. 491 / 2004 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Annex No 2 Content charges linked to trades, group 214 "Other ', the" Operation of postal services' is deleted.
2. In Annex 3 The content of the licensed trades, group 314 "Other ', is added to the trade category" The management of the Registry' and to the text "Ensuring the professional management of documents of the originator or, where appropriate, of his legal predecessors, including their income from the originator, custody and proper care of them, records, performance of the search agenda and disposal in the shredder proceedings. '.
3. In Annex No 4 Content of free trade in the number of the field 3. "Breeding of domestic and zoological animals and the provision of related services' is replaced by" zoos'.
4. In Annex 4, Content content of free trade in the field number 103. "Services in the field of administrative administration and services of an organisational economic nature" means the first sentence, the words "and the custody of documents and their care, the performance of the search agenda and the implementation of the shredding procedure (in cooperation with state archives and urban archives), the care of file material, including archiving of documents and the like."
5. In Annex 4 The content content of free trades is inserted after field number 123. The following category 124 is inserted:
"Operation of postal and foreign postal services
Activities carried out on the basis of a postal contract and under the conditions laid down in the Postal Services Act, the purpose of which is the delivery of a postal consignment or the amount of money required. Activities in the provision of foreign postal services, which is a service of a kind similar to postal services, the provision of which has been negotiated abroad and the purpose of which is to supply goods or cash in the Czech Republic. "
The current heading number 124. is renumbered as heading 125.
EFFECTIVE
This Regulation shall enter into force on the first day of the second calendar month following its publication.
