DECLARATION
of 4 January 2017
amending Decree No 343 / 2014 Coll., on Vehicle Registration, as amended by Decree No 399 / 2015 Coll.
The Ministry of Transport provides, pursuant to § 91 (2) of Act No. 56 / 2001 Coll., on the conditions for the operation of vehicles on the road and on the amendment of Act No. 168 / 1999 Coll., on the liability insurance for damage caused by the operation of a vehicle and on the amendment of certain related laws (Act No. 170 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 297 / 1999 Coll., Act No. 103 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 411 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 226 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 170 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 297 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 152 / 2011 Coll., and Act No. 239 / 2013 Coll., ("Act ') on the implementation of Section 7 (6), Section 7b (6) and Section 79 (Act No. 79):
Regulation No 343 / 2014 Coll., on vehicle registration, as amended by Decree No 399 / 2015 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In the indication of Part Two "SCOPE AND CONTENTS OF DATA INCLUDED IN THE REGISTER OF STRENGTH VEHICLES 'the word" FOUR' is replaced by the word "THIRD '; in Part Three the word" THIRD' is replaced by "FOUR '; in Part Four, the word" FOUR' is replaced by the word "FOUR '; in Part Five, the word" FOUR' is replaced by the word "FUCKING '; in Part Six, the word" FUCKING' is replaced by "SEVEN '; in Part Seven," COMMON' is replaced by the word "FUCKING ';
2. In Article 3 (4), the words "paragraph 2 (a), (c) and (d) 'are replaced by the words" paragraph 2 (a) and (c)'.
3. in Paragraph 23 (c), point 6 is deleted;
4. In Article 23, the following point (d) is added:
"(d) to be placed on a supporting device attached to a road vehicle with a registration mark already assigned to the road vehicle and to replace the plate with a registration mark already assigned to the road vehicle after a damaged plate with a registration mark or a registration mark on request.";
5. In Paragraph 24, the following sentence is added at the end of paragraph 1: "The registration mark issued after the damaged registration mark shall always be marked on the registration plate by means of pressing, irrespective of how the original registration mark was drawn up and what form it was made. If the number of characters of the original registration mark does not correspond to the design of the registration mark in accordance with this Decree, the characters shall be arranged by omitting the excess number of characters from the left and the character shall not be marked in such a vacancy. ';
6. In Paragraph 27 (2), the first sentence is replaced by the following: "No punctuation mark shall be inserted between the individual characters except for the registration mark to be affixed to a support device which is attached to a road vehicle with a registration mark already assigned to the road vehicle. '.
7. Paragraph 29 (7) and (8) read:
"(7) The dimensions and shapes of the registration marks on the registration plate table are set out in Annex 16 to this Decree.
(8) The dimensions and shapes of the blue lane marked with the emblem of the European Union and the distinguishing marks of the Czech Republic are listed in Annex 25 to this decree. '
8. In Paragraph 29, paragraphs 10 and 11 are added:
"(10) The dimensions and the design of the registration plate tables are set out in Annex 26 to this Decree.
(11) The technical specifications of the registration mark protection element, the location of the registration mark protection element on the registration mark plate and the representation of the registration mark protection element on the registration mark plate are set out in Annex 27 to this Regulation. ';
9. Paragraph 31 (1) is deleted.
Paragraphs 2 to 4 shall be renumbered paragraphs 1 to 3.
10. in Paragraph 40 (4), "30 June 2016" is replaced by "31 December 2017."
