on the issue of a price decision
The Energy Regulatory Authority, in accordance with Article 10 (2) of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on Prices, as amended, announces that pursuant to Article 17 (6) (d) of Act No. 458 / 2000 Coll., on the Terms and Conditions of Business and on the Performance of Government Administration in the Energy Sector and on the Amendment to Certain Laws (Energy Act), as amended, it issued Price Decision No. 9 / 2015 of 29 December 2015 establishing aid for supported energy sources.
According to Article 17 (9) of the Energy Act, the Energy Regulatory Authority published price decision No 9 / 2015 in the Energy Regulatory Bulletin of 29 December 2015, amounting to 10. The price decision became valid on that date of publication. The above price decision was taken on 1 January 2016.
