GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 19 December 1994
declaring a binding part of the urban plan of the large territorial unit of Ralsko
The Government pursuant to Article 29 (2) of Act No. 50 / 1976 Coll., on Territorial Planning and Construction Regulations (Construction Act), as amended by Act No. 262 / 1992 Coll., provides:
The binding part of the large territorial area plan of Ralsko, as defined in Annex 1 to this Regulation, is set out in Annex 2 to this Regulation.
The Territorial Plan of the Great Territorial Unit of Ralsko, approved by Government Resolution No 722 of 19 December 1994, is deposited at the Regional Offices in České Lípa, Liberec and Mladá Byslav, at the Municipal Office in Ralsko, based in Kuřivody and the Ministry of Economy.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.

Binding part of the urban plan of the large territorial unit of Ralsko
1. When using the territory, protect
(a) the corridor of road II / 272 Kuřivoda - Ossečná,
(b) areas for the development of settlements
- Chicken water
- Apple tree
- White and Jez with ties to Bela under Bezděz
- Hradčany, Boreček, Ploznice and Starves with ties to Mimin
- Hung with ties to Donkey
- Lower Krupa (local part) with connection to Lower Krupa,
(c) the location of Hradčany airport for its use as a public airport of regional importance;
(d) areas defined for the regional environmental stability system.
2. The structures associated with the implementation of the principle referred to in point 1 (a) shall be of public benefit.
