on the granting of amnesty in matters of misconduct, the negotiation of which falls within the competence of the authorities of the Czech Socialist Republic
The Bureau of the Czech National Council has acted pursuant to Article 121 (3) of Constitutional Act No. 143 / 1968 Coll., on the Czechoslovak Federation, on the following legal measure:
(1) Amnesty is granted by the Government of the Czech Socialist Republic in respect of offences which fall within the competence of the authorities of the Czech Socialist Republic.
(2) Amnesty is given by the Government of the Czech Socialist Republic by a resolution it declares in the Collection of Laws.
This legal measure shall take effect on the date of its publication.
