DECLARATION
Ministry of Agriculture and Nutrition of the Czech Socialist Republic
of 31 January 1975
amending and supplementing Decree No. 4 / 1967 Coll., on defence and on the time, manner and conditions for hunting certain species of game, and Decree No. 59 / 1967 Coll., laying down implementing provisions for the hunting law
The Ministry of Agriculture and Nutrition of the Czech Socialist Republic, in agreement with the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Socialist Republic and other participating central authorities, and after consulting the Czech Hunting Union, provides, pursuant to Sections 26, 30 (2) and 44 (2) of Act No. 23 / 1962 Coll., on hunting (hereinafter referred to as "the Act"):
Decree No. 4 / 1967 Coll., on the defence and the time, manner and conditions of hunting of certain species of game shall be amended as follows:
1.
Defence
(1) Hájeny are throughout the year the following types of game: mountain camper, hornback goat, oar goat, oar moose, mountain mound, wild cat, wild cat, hornfish, hornback weasel (except for the provisions of § 3 (1)), hornbeam bear, hornbeam shark, hornbeam squirrel, river otter, sea bass, sea bass, horseradish duck (except for the provisions of § 2 (1) (1) (1) (1) (1) (1) (1) (1) (1) (1) (1) (1) (1) (1) (1) (1) (1) (1) (1) (1) (1) (2) (2) (2) (2) (2) (2) (2) (2) (2) (3) (2) (2) (3) (3) (3) (3) (3) (3) (1) (1) (1) (1) (1) (1) (1) (1) (1) (1) (1)
In order to protect these species of game, users of hunting and hunting grounds are required to protect their environment, especially nests, tocanets, riverfields, etc.
(2) The following species of game are not protected:
wild boar (other than bass), fox, raccoon, skewer, wolf, crow (black and grey) and maggot. ';
Article 2 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) The fishing time for the following species of game shall be as follows:
1. European deer, deer and deer deer, from 1 August to 31 December;
2. Sika deer, deer and deer goat sika from 1 September to 31 December,
3. Herring, deer, deer, deer, from 1 September to 31 December;
4. spotted, fiscal and fiscal duties from 1 September to 31 December;
5. muflon, muflonka and muflonče from 1 September to 31 December,
6. deer from 16 May to 30 September,
7th deer and deer from 1 September to 31 December,
8. wild pig - bachy from 1 August to 15 January,
9th field hare from 1 November to 31 December,
10th wild rabbit from 1 August to 31 December,
11. badger from 1 August to 30 November (except for § 3 (1)),
12th hunk of forest and rock from 1 November to 31 January (except for § 3 (1)),
13th musk ondatra from 1 October to 15 April (§ 10),
14. gastropods - rooster, gastropods - rooster from 1 April to 15 May,
15th pheasant from 1 November to 31 December,
16. partridge from 1 September to 15 October (§ 4 (5)),
17th Wild duck, cervix, cervix blue, collards, hives, pollack, pollack, black lyx from 16 August to 30 November,
18 geese from 1 October to 31 December,
19. Woodland meadow from 16 March to 15 April,
20. Pigeon dogfish from 1 August to 31 October,
21. Garden dove from 1 August to 31 December,
22. field raven from 16 October to 31 March (except for § 3 (1)); its pups from 1 May to 31 May,
23 August to 31 March (except for § 3 (1)),
24. sole from 1 June to 31 March (with the exception of § 3 (1)). '

(1) All year round, it is permitted to fish in separate and recognised pheasants of the horse of the forest and of the rock, the badger of the forest, the weasel of the prisms, the hedgehog, the horse of the forest and the rush, the hawk of the forest, the raven of the field, the leech, the soya and the laughing seagull.
(2) A laughing seagull may be fished on large duck ponds throughout the year unless a natural reserve is established on those ponds.
(3) The Regional National Committee may, after consulting the Czech Hunting Union and the Regional Centre for State Heritage and Nature Protection, authorise, at the request of the user, the selection of one or more pups from one or more nests of the field, the hawk, the trench and the kestrel, if there are more than one in these nests. The user of the chase may only keep one of the holes selected from the nests if he does not yet have one. Other selected algae must be offered by the user of the hunt to buy the organisation responsible for ensuring the capture, purchase, chamber and capture of the game. The user of the hunt shall be allowed to sell the pups selected from the nest of the hawk, the redfish and the kestrel only through the said organisation. '.
4. In Article 4 (2), the words "breeding, catching and shooting 'are replaced by the words" breeding and hunting'.
5. Article 4 (3) reads as follows:
"(3) The cloven-hoofed animals are only allowed to shoot with a single bullet for the bullet. A wild pig may be shot with a single shotgun missile when hunting with a hover, a hover or a coax. '
6. Article 4 (5) and (6) read as follows:
"(5) Field partridges are allowed only in hunting areas where standard partridges are achieved, tame or semi-bred breeding is introduced, and bred chickens are released into the chase.
(6) The following shall be prohibited:
(a) to fish for game from motor vehicles;
b) shoot animals on nests and shoot nests,
c) shoot animals on cords,
(d) to fish for game in irons and hawks;
(e) to fish for cloven-hoofed game, other than wild boars, hoofs, hounds or coals. ';
7. In the first sentence of Article 5 (1), the words "as well as partridges (Article 4 (5)) 'shall be inserted after the word" ducks', and the last sentence of paragraph 1 shall read: "In permanently and perfectly fenced vineyards, gardens, fruit orchards and fruit nurseries a rabbit and rabbit may be hunted throughout the year; the following point is inserted:
8. Article 5 (3) reads as follows:
"(3) Except for separate and recognised pheasants, the release of pheasants may be carried out on the same area no more than three times a year. The release of pheasant hens is permitted only in hunts where the breeding of pheasants is tame or semi-parched, the reared chickens are released into the chase and for which at least 100 pheasant animals are authorised in the approved hunting and hunting plan (including catch). '
9. Paragraph 5 (4) of the last sentence reads:
"A duck blast is only allowed one day a week on a Saturday or Sunday."
10. the following sentence shall be added to Paragraph 6 (2):
"Those restrictions shall not apply to the killing of pheasants in separate and recognised pheasants. '.
11. Paragraph 7 (3), second sentence:
"Persons under the age of 15 may not participate in joint hunting. '
12. Paragraph 10 of the first sentence reads:
"The shooting of musk musk is prohibited; at the time of the hunt (Section 2 (1) No 13), only the catch may be taken. ';
13. in the third sentence of Article 11 (1), the words "and deer over 12 years of age" shall be deleted.
14. Paragraphs 2 and 3 of Paragraph 11 shall be deleted.
Paragraph 4 shall become paragraph 2 and the third sentence shall read as follows:
"For trophies that were allowed to be exported abroad, photographs of the trophy and scoring table are presented to the Regional Committee of the Czech Hunting Association."
15. Paragraph 12 is deleted.
16. Paragraph 13, including the title, reads:
Hunting predators and captives
(1) The Czech Hunting Union shall keep a record of the hawks of the forest, the rednecks of the common, the kestrel of the general and other predators, provided that their use for falconry is permitted (§ 14 (1)), and of the eggs kept in captivity. Breeders of the above-mentioned hunting predators and otters are required to report to the Czech Hunting Union all hunting predators and otters they hold in captivity. The Czech Hunting Union will issue them a record sheet and metal rings; Without such registration sheets and metal rings, breeding of hunting predators and captive puffs is not permitted.
(2) The death or other loss of a hunting predator or captive breeders must be reported to the Czech Hunting Union.
(3) The sale and purchase of hunting predators and broths can only be carried out through the Czech Hunting Union. "
17.
Selfism
(1) Selfish means the possession of game predators and the hunting of game by such predators. Hunting predators are the hawks of the forest, the redneck and the kestrel, or other predators, provided that their use for falconry is authorised by the Ministry of Agriculture and Nutrition and the Ministry of Culture on the recommendation of the Czech Hunting Association.
(2) The Czech Hunting Union organises the holders of hunting predators. Holders of hunting predators must be members of a club of falconers established with the approval of the Central Committee of the Czech Hunting Union.
(3) A hunting ticket and a hunting permit are required for hunting game predators. "
Decree No. 59 / 1967 Coll., which issues implementing regulations for the hunting law, is amended as follows:
Article 19 reads:
Protection of hunting
(k § 22, § 23 of the Act)
In order to prevent damage caused to animals during the management of hunting grounds, they shall:
(a) users of hunting grounds notify users at least 3 days in advance of the start of the hay, forage, use of chemical plant protection products, time and place where they will be carried out at the night of agricultural work (ploughing, scrubbing, etc.),
(b) users of forage mowing equipment use effective game-breakers;
(c) users of silage pits and crackers, together with the users of the hunt, shall take appropriate measures against unwanted animal access. ';
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
