fixing, for the year 1979 and 1980, the amount applicable to the application of the tax on exceeding wages and remuneration in uniform agricultural cooperatives
The Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic orders pursuant to § 55 paragraph 1 (a) of Act No. 103 / 1974 Coll., on Agricultural Tax:
The sum of CZK 23 900 for 1979 and CZK 24 700 for 1980 shall be the sum of CZK 24 700 for the application of the excess tax on wages and remuneration in uniform agricultural cooperatives.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
