of 10 January 1950
on the cancellation of the Land's treasury.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders pursuant to § 1 paragraph 1 of Act No. 143 / 1949 Coll., on Changes in the Organisation of Public Administration and in the jurisdiction of its bodies:
The Land Treasury in Prague, Brno and Opava are cancelled. Their liquidation will be carried out by the Central Treasury of the Czechoslovak Republic.
Measures to prepare for the abolition of the Land's finances and the delegation of their powers, taken before the date of entry into force of this Regulation, shall be deemed to have been taken under this Regulation.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication; to be carried out by the Minister for Finance.
