ORDER
GOVERNMENTS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
of 16 March 2020
on the adoption of crisis measures
Following the Government Resolution 194 of 12 March 2020, in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of Constitutional Act No. 110 / 1998 Coll., on the Security of the Czech Republic, the Government declared emergency status for the territory of the Czech Republic because of a health threat related to the detection of coronavirus / referred to as SARS CoV-2 / in the territory of the Czech Republic and, within the meaning of § 5 (a) to (e) and § 6 of Act No. 240 / 2000 Coll., on crisis management and on the amendment of certain laws (Crisis Act), as amended, for the resolution of the situation arising, the adoption of crisis measures, by virtue of § 5 (e) and § 6 (1) (b) of the Crisis Act.
Government
orders that the prohibition on the sale of accommodation services, as set out in point V / 1 of the Government Resolution of 15 March 2020 No 214, published under No 84 / 2020 Coll., does not apply to the sale and provision of accommodation services to foreigners until they leave the territory of the Czech Republic and to foreigners with a work permit in the Czech Republic.
Foreigners so resident in the Czech Republic are subject to the same restrictions on movement and other crisis measures as citizens of the Czech Republic.
