GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 21 March 2016
repealing Government Regulation No. 262 / 2007 Coll., on the declaration of a binding part of the Plan of the main catchment areas of the Czech Republic
The Government hereby orders, pursuant to Article 67 (1) of the Constitution of the Czech Republic:
Government Decree No. 262 / 2007 Coll., on the declaration of a binding part of the Plan of the main catchment areas of the Czech Republic, is hereby repealed.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 May 2016.
