DECLARATION

Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports

of 1 March 2002

amending the Decree of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic No. 362 / 1991 Coll., on the organisation of the school year in primary schools, secondary schools and special schools

The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic provides according to § 38 paragraph 2 of Act No. 29 / 1984 Coll., on the System of Primary Schools, Secondary Schools and Higher Vocational Schools (Education Act):

Čl. I

Decree No. 362 / 1991 Coll., on the organisation of the school year in primary schools, secondary schools and special schools, is amended as follows:

1. Paragraph 3 (4) reads as follows:

"(4) Half-yearly leave lasts one day and falls on Friday from 29 January to 4 February."

2. Paragraph 3 (5) reads as follows:

"(5) Spring break lasts one week. The date of their performance according to the school's seat in each region shall be specified in the Annex. ';

3. The following Annex is added to the Decree:
