The Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic provides for the implementation of Section 100 of Act No. 94 / 1963 Coll., on Family:
Government Regulation No 59 / 1964 Coll., on the tasks of national committees in childcare, is amended as follows:
Nutrition allowance
(1) Children who are otherwise not otherwise adequately cared for, in particular those who have a maintenance obligation or collective education facilities and who do not have sufficient income or property in their own right, the district national committees provide a regular allowance for nutrition of up to 400 CZK per month, and if the child is over 10 years of age, up to 500 CZK per month.
(2) The allowance may be granted to the child until completion of compulsory education. At the end of compulsory education, the allowance may be granted no longer than 25 years of age if the child:
(a) be continuously prepared for the future occupation by study or prescribed training; or
(b) it cannot prepare for a future occupation or be employed for a disease or is permanently unable to work for a physical or mental defect.
(3) If the child to whom the allowance is granted has a right to maintenance as determined by a court order, that right shall be transferred to the State up to the amount of the allowance granted. The reimbursement of the contribution shall be enforced by the district national committees. ';
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 October 1971.
