repealing the State Wood Inspection
The Bureau of the National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic has decided pursuant to Article 60 (2) of the Constitution on the following legal measure:
The State Wood Inspection is hereby repealed.
They shall be deleted:
1. the legal measure of the Bureau of the National Assembly No. 22 / 1955 Coll., on State Wood Inspection,
2. Government Decree No. 61 / 1958 Coll., extending the scope of the State Wood Inspection,
3. Paragraph 43 of Act No. 23 / 1963 Coll., on People's Control and on National Economic Records,
4. Decree No. 91 / 1955 of the Minister for Forestry and the Wood Industry Ú. l, which gives the status of State Wood Inspection.
This legal measure shall take effect on the date of its publication.
