GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 12 December 1966
repealing certain other legislation relating to the improvement of the system of planned management of the national economy
The Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic pursuant to § 2 of the legal measure of the Bureau of the National Assembly No. 36 / 1966 Coll., which abolishes certain legislation, provides:

1st Order No 2150 / 1946 Ú. l. I, on the maximum permissible rent for construction tools, as amended by Decree No 287 / 1947 Ú. l. I,
2nd Decree No. 1020 / 1947 Ú. l. I, (878 / 1947 Ú. v. I) on the fees for animal discharge,
3. Decree No 687 / 1950 Ú. l. I, (644 / 1950 Ú. v. I) on the formation of sales prices of the Czech State Post, National Company, for telephone and other weak current devices,
4. Decree No 45 / 1951 Ú. l. I (67 / 1951 Ú. v. I) on the pricing of worn-out parts of motor vehicles,
5. Decree No 119 / 1952 Ú. l. (153 / 1952 Ú. v.), which issues Directives for the use of electricity, as amended by Decree No 269 / 1952 Ú. l. (317 / 1952 Ú. v.),
6th Decree No. 142 / 1953 Ú. l. (180 / 1953 Ú. v.), amending the bus fare for passenger transport,
7. Decree No 150 / 1953 Ú. l. (187 / 1953 Ú. v.) on State retail prices for foodstuffs and industrial goods,

10. Decree No. 163 / 1954 Ú. l. (189 / 1954 Ú. v.), which lays down general rules on prices for retail prices of goods and on pricing services and performance,
11. Decree No 138 / 1955 of the Ú. l (Ú. v.) on payments for the work of STS in plant protection, as amended by Decree No 98 / 1958 Ú. l.
12. Decree No. 168 / 1955 Ú. l (Ú. v.) introducing uniform operating rules for power stations and networks,
13. Decree No 231 / 1955 Ú. l (Ú. v.) setting prices for gas sales to private customers,
14. Decree No 254 / 1955 Ú. l (Ú. v.), which lays down more detailed rules on working time arrangements to ensure the smooth transport of workers and the supply of electricity, gas and heat,

22. decree No. 89 / 1960 Coll., on the pricing and sale of used passenger cars,
23. Decree No. 130 / 1960 Coll., on the exchange of old bread vouchers for new vouchers,
24. § 8 to 14 of Decree No. 3 / 1962 Coll., on the Management of Truck Transport by National Committees,
25. guidelines of the Ministry of General Engineering for the pricing of used single-track and two-track passenger and commercial motor vehicles and buses - reg. 1 / 1962 Coll. and 17 / 1963 Coll.,
26. tariff for transport and performance of animal covers, issued by the Ministry of Transport - reg. in amount 22 / 1963 Coll.,
27. principles concerning the conclusion of employment agreements between socialist organisations and workers approved by the Government Resolution of 3 March 1965, published under No 19 / 1965 Coll.
This Government Regulation shall take effect on 1 January 1967.
