extending the Act on National Industrial Enterprises to national enterprises in the branch of the Ministry of National Defence.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders pursuant to § 57 of Act No. 103 / 1950 Coll., on National Industrial Enterprises:
The provisions of Act No. 103 / 1950 Coll. are extended to national enterprises in the branch of the Ministry of National Defence.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1952; they shall be carried out by the Minister for National Defence in agreement with participating members of the Government.
