Order of the Minister for Transport
of 23 March 1949
on the transfer of the street rail concession in the capital of Brno.
Under Articles 10, 2 and 22 of the Act of 20 May 1937, No 86 Coll., on Railways (Railway Act), I declare:
The Ministry of Transport, as the Railway Administration, transferred under § 22 of the Railway Act a concession for the construction and operation of street tracks in the cadastral territory of the City of Brno (Regional Concession), the text of which was published by Decree of 30 April 1943, No 179 Coll., in the scope and under the conditions laid down in § § 1 to 7 of this Order, with effect from 1 February 1949 for the remainder of the concession period to the Transport Enterprises of the City of Brno, a municipal undertaking.
