of 17 June 1947
adjusting the general customs duties on imports of goods.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic hereby orders, pursuant to the Act of 16 May 1946, No 117 Coll., on the modification of the Customs Tariff during a transitional period:
The Customs Tariff is amended and amended as follows:
1. the following note shall be inserted after the rate (p. 62b) 2:
| „Poznámka. Dřevěná moučka od 1. července 1947 do 31. prosince 1948 | beze cla.“ |
2. entry (a) 1. in the note to Section XXI is amended as follows:
| „1. přes 30 do 45% obj. | všeobecná celní sazba 1 Kčs za 100 kg vlastní váhy do 31. prosince 1947.“ |
3. the following note shall be inserted after the rate (p. 205a):
| „Poznámka. Příze konopná, jednoduchá, surová, dovážená továrnami k výrobě hadic, na dovolovací list, pod dozorem a za podmínek stanovených nařízením, od 1. července 1947 do 31. prosince 1948 | beze cla.“ |
4. the following third note shall be inserted after the rate (p. 284b) 2:
| „3. Natronová papírovina, dovážená papírnami k výrobě natronového papíru, na dovolovací list, pod dozorem a za podmínek stanovených nařízením, od 1. července 1947 do 31. prosince 1948 | beze cla.“ |
5. the following footnote shall be inserted after the rate (s) laid down in (b):
| „Poznámka. Natronový papír, dovážený továrnami k výrobě papírové příze, papírových pytlů a kabelů, na dovolovací list, pod dozorem a za podmínek stanovených nařízením, od 1. července 1947 do 31. prosince 1948 | beze cla.“ |
6. The following note is inserted after the rate number 484:
| „Poznámka k saz. čís. 483 a 484. Ložiska kuličková a válečková (mimo ložiska pro jízdní kola) od 1. července 1947 do 31. prosince 1948 | beze cla.“ |
7. the following note shall be inserted after the rate (p. 496d) 3:
| „Poznámka. Wolframový, molybdenový, niklový a mědí povlečený drát, dovážený továrnami na výrobu elektrických lamp, na dovolovací list, pod dozorem a za podmínek stanovených nařízením, od 1. července 1947 do 31. prosince 1948 | beze cla.“ |
8. The following note shall be inserted after the rate number 621:
| „Poznámka. Argon, krypton a neon, dovážené továrnami na výrobu elektrických lamp, freon a methylchlorid, dovážené továrnami na výrobu chladicích zařízení, na dovolovací list, pod dozorem a za podmínek stanovených nařízením, od 1. července 1947 do 30. června 1948 | beze cla.“ |
9. The following note is inserted after the rate number 644:
| „Poznámka. Elektrické rozněcovače od 1. července 1947 do 30. června 1948 | beze cla.“ |
For the period from 1 July 1947 to 31 December 1947, the customs duties on imports of goods falling within the following tariff numbers (headings) shall be abolished:
