The Czech National Bank provides pursuant to § 139 (e) and (g) of Act No. 189 / 2004 Coll., on Collective Investment, as amended by Act No. 57 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 224 / 2006 Coll. and Act No. 230 / 2009 Coll.:
In Article 7 (1) (b) (2) of Decree No 604 / 2006 Coll., on the use of techniques and tools for the efficient management of the assets of the standard fund and of the special fund which collects funds from the public, the words "institutions under Article 26 (1) (g) (2) of the Act and the public special fund shall be satisfied that it is of sufficient value or '.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
