GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 8 March 2006
amending Government Regulation No. 5 / 2003 Coll., on cultural awards awarded by the Ministry of Culture
The Government mandates the implementation of Act No. 218 / 2000 Coll., on the Budget Rules and on the amendment of certain related laws (Budget Rules), as amended by Act No. 493 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 141 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 187 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 450 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 320 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 202 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 479 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 186 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 257 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 482 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 436 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 127 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 361 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 377 / 2005 Coll.
Government Decree No. 5 / 2003 Coll., on cultural awards awarded by the Ministry of Culture, is amended as follows:
1. in Article 2 (k), the word "Minister" is replaced by "Ministry."
2. In Paragraph 3 (4), "CZK 250,000 'is replaced by" CZK 300,000'.
3. In Paragraph 4 (1), "30 June 'is replaced by" 31 May'.
4. In Article 4 (2), the words "or residence, if any, has not been granted permanent residence (hereinafter referred to as" permanent residence '),' shall be inserted after the word "residence '.
5. In Paragraph 5 (4), the amount "CZK 125,000 'is replaced by" CZK 300,000'.
6. In Paragraph 6 (1), "30 June 'is replaced by" 31 May'.
7. In Paragraph 7 (5), the amount "100 000 CZK 'is replaced by" 300 000 CZK'.
8. In Paragraph 8 (1), "30 June 'is replaced by" 31 May';
9. In the first sentence of Paragraph 9 (4), the amount "100 000 CZK 'is replaced by" 200 000 CZK'.
10. In Paragraph 10 (1), the word "may" be replaced by "may" and the words "or professional organisation of state conservation care" shall be replaced by the words "professional organisation of state conservation or civil associations which, according to their statutes, carry out activities in the protection of cultural monuments, monuments, monuments or archaeological findings."
11. in the second sentence of Article 10 (2), the words "name, surname and date of death" shall be replaced by the words "first name and surname" and the words "first name, last name and place of permanent residence" shall be replaced by "first name and surname."
12. In Paragraph 13 (5), the amount "30 000 CZK" is replaced by "50 000 CZK."
13. In Paragraph 15 (5), the amount "50 000 CZK" is replaced by "70 000 CZK."
14. in Article 16 (1), "20 September" is replaced by "5 August."
15. In Article 17 (3) (a), the words "encyclopedia, spiritual and popular scientific literature" are replaced by the words "and encyclopedia, spiritual and popularly educational literature."
16. in Paragraph 17 (3) (e), the words "and images" shall be replaced by "picture and photographic."
17. in Article 17 (3) (f):
"(f) catalogues of art, company and other, unsold publications."
18. in Article 17 (3), point (g) is deleted;
19. In Paragraph 17 (6), the amount "30 000 CZK" is replaced by "50 000 CZK."
20. Paragraph 18 (2) reads:
"(2) The deadline for the submission of applications pursuant to Article 17 (2) is laid down by the Ministry and the National Written Memorial for each year."
21. In Paragraph 19 (2), the words "and the Czech Committee of the International Council of Museums" shall be inserted after the word "Republic."
22nd Paragraph 19 (6) reads:
"(6) The Gloria musaealis award consists of a diploma, a sculpture and a cash award of CZK 70,000."
23. In the first sentence of Article 20 (1), "3 months' is replaced by" 1 months'.
24. in Paragraph 20 (2), "18 May" is replaced by "1 January."
25. in Article 20 (5), the words "and the Rules of Procedure issued to the declarant" shall be replaced by the words "issued to the declarant."
26. In Paragraph 21 (1), footnote 2 is replaced by footnote 1.
27. in Paragraph 21 (6), the amount "15 000 CZK" is replaced by "50 000 CZK."
28. The title above Section 23 reads: "The Prize of the Ministry of Culture - the Prize for the Film of Visegrad."
29. in Paragraph 23 (1), (2), (3) and (4), the word "Minister" is replaced by "Ministry."
30. In Article 23 (5), the word "Minister 'is replaced by" Ministry' and at the end of the text of paragraph 5, the words "and a cash award of CZK 100 000 'are added.
31. In Paragraph 25 (4), "CZK 30,000" is replaced by "CZK 50,000."
32. In the second sentence of Article 27 (3), the word "twelve 'is replaced by" twenty'.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 April 2006.
