Ministry of Foreign Affairs
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs states that an amendment to the Agreement between the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the Government of the State of Kuwait on cooperation in the field of health and medical sciences, signed in Kuwait on 18 December 1979, published under No 78 / 1980 Coll., on the deletion of the provisions of Article 11 (5) of the Agreement, as amended by the "necessary treatment in the event of sudden illness or accident, will be granted free of charge to the citizens of the other Contracting Party '.
The amendment to the Agreement entered into force in the relations between the Czech Republic and the State of Kuwait on 8 March 1995.
