implementing Act No. 92 / 1991 Coll., on the Conditions for Transfer of State Assets to Other Persons, as amended by Act No. 92 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 264 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 541 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 544 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 210 / 1993 Coll. and Act No. 306 / 1993 Coll.
The Ministry of Finance provides pursuant to § 26a paragraphs 1 and 3 of Act No. 92 / 1991 Coll., on the terms of the transfer of State assets to other persons, as amended by Act No. 210 / 1993 Coll.:
(1) The valuation of shares purchased in the second wave of coupon privatisation for the mutual fund or investment fund shall be carried out using a single price of one point, determined at CZK 20. This price is valid for the whole second wave of coupon privatisation.
(2) The price of shares of one issuer purchased by an investment fund or mutual fund for investment points during the second wave of coupon privatisation shall be calculated as the product of the number of points spent on the purchase of those shares and the price of one point referred to in paragraph 1.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
