pursuant to Article 49 (1) of the ČNR Act No. 53 / 1971 Coll., on the elections to the Czech National Council, announces a supplementary election to the Czech National Council in the electoral district of No. 40 (Brandés nad Labem - Stará Běslav) in the Central Bohemian Region and sets the date of its holding on Saturday 7 December 1974.
