THE LAW
of 14 December 1972
on the state budget of the Czechoslovak Federation for 1973
The Federal Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic decided on this law:

(a) grants for selected investment actions with range for the entire Federation and further development of the Republics

(b) non-investment grants for state technical development programmes

The Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic or, under its authority, the Minister of Finance may adjust the binding tasks and limits of the Federation State Budget, in particular in accordance with changes to the State Plan, changes to the organisation and the mobilisation of the government budget reserve, provided that this does not affect the amount of the Federation State Budget surplus referred to in Section 1.
This Law shall take effect on 1 January 1973.
