Councils of the South Czech Regional National Committee in České Budějovice
of 31 August 1965
withdrawing certain municipal national committees from the area of responsibility of the building office and changing the scope
Council of the South Czech National Committee in České Budějovice pursuant to § 9 paragraph 2 (a) of Act No. 87 / 1958 Coll., on the Construction Regulations with effect from 1 October 1965
(1) It withdrew the office of construction from the following municipal national committees:
Bechyna, Tábor district
Antivine, Sand County
(2) It abolished the scope of the municipalities listed in Decree No 6 / 1961 Coll. at the following construction offices:
Market Swine, the district of České Budějovice
Týn nad Vltavou, district České Budějovice
(3) This amends § 1 (2) of Decree No. 22 / 1957 Coll., § 1 of Decree No. 122 / 1961 Coll. and § 1 of Decree No. 6 / 1961 Coll.
