GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 8 March 2023
amending Government Regulation No. 31 / 2010 Coll., on specialisation training fields and the qualification of healthcare professionals with specialised competence, as amended by Government Regulation No. 164 / 2018 Coll.
The Government hereby orders pursuant to Paragraph 90 (1) of Act No. 96 / 2004 Coll., on the conditions for obtaining and recognising eligibility for the pursuit of non-medical medical professions and for carrying out activities related to the provision of medical care and on the amendment of certain related laws (Act on non-medical medical medical professions), as amended by Act No. 189 / 2008 Coll. and Act No. 201 / 2017 Coll.:
Government Regulation No. 31 / 2010 Coll., on specialisation education and professional qualification of healthcare professionals with specialised competence, as amended by Government Regulation No. 164 / 2018 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Annex 1, entry 1, the following points 11 and 12 are added:

Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 July 2023.
