GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 23 May 2018
amending Government Regulation No 243 / 2013 Coll., on investment funds and techniques for their management, as amended
The Government mandates pursuant to § 215 paragraph 2 and § 284 paragraph 2 of Act No. 240 / 2013 Coll., on investment companies and investment funds, as amended by Act No. 336 / 2014 Coll., Act No. 148 / 2016 Coll. and Act No. 204 / 2017 Coll.:
Government Regulation No. 243 / 2013 Coll., on Investment Funds and on Techniques for their Management, as amended by Government Regulation No. 11 / 2014 Coll. and Government Regulation No. 133 / 2017 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 1 (3) is deleted.
Paragraphs 4 and 5 shall be renumbered paragraphs 3 and 4.
2. in Article 1 (4), points (f) and (g) are deleted;
Point (h) shall be renumbered as point (f).
3. In Article 70 (1), the words "pursuant to Articles 13 and 49 (3) 'shall be inserted after the words" derivatives'.
4. Part Four, including the title, is deleted.
5. in Paragraph 98 (1) (a), the words "qualified investor fund" shall be deleted;
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 21 July 2018.
