GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 13 March 2017
amending Government Regulation No 86 / 2011 Coll., on technical requirements for toys, as amended
The Government orders pursuant to Section 12 of Act No. 22 / 1997 Coll., on Technical Requirements for Products and on the Amendment and Addition of Certain Acts, as amended by Act No. 71 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 205 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 226 / 2003 Coll. and Act No. 490 / 2009 Coll.:
Government Regulation No. 86 / 2011 Coll., on Technical Requirements for Toys, as amended by Government Regulation No. 24 / 2013 Coll., Government Regulation No. 339 / 2013 Coll. and Government Regulation No. 151 / 2015 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. At the end of footnote 1, the following is added to the separate rows:
"Commission Directive (EU) 2015 / 2115 of 23 November 2015 amending Appendix C to Annex II to Directive 2009 / 48 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the safety of toys as regards formamide for the adoption of specific limit values for chemicals used in toys.
Commission Directive (EU) 2015 / 2116 of 23 November 2015 amending Appendix C to Annex II to Directive 2009 / 48 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the safety of toys as regards benzisothiazolinone in order to adopt specific limit values for chemicals used in toys. ';
2. At the end of footnote 1, the following sentence is added to the separate line:
"Commission Directive (EU) 2015 / 2117 of 23 November 2015 amending, for the purpose of adopting specific limit values for chemicals used in toys, Appendix C to Annex II to Directive 2009 / 48 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the safety of toys with regard to chloromethyl isothiazolinone and methylisothiazolinone, both separately and in a ratio of 3: 1. ';
3. In Annex 2, Appendix C, the following is added at the end of the table:

Efficacy
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
