on the termination of compulsory application of the International Classification of Functional Capabilities, Disability and Health (MKF)
The Czech Statistical Office announces that, at the request of the Ministry of Health on 30 April 2013, the compulsory application of the International Classification of Functional Capabilities, Disability and Health (MKF) (hereinafter referred to as "the MKF classification '), introduced with effect from 1 July 2010 by the Communication of the Czech Statistical Office No. 431 / 2009 Coll., on the introduction of the International Classification of Functional Capabilities, Disability and Health (MKF) of 18 November 2009.
The ICF classification (in the English original International Classification of Function, Disability and Health - ICF) is part of the World Health Organisation classification set and is intended to measure disability at individual and population levels.
As of 1 May 2013, the classification of RBF ceases to function as a statistical classification within the meaning of § 19 of Act No. 89 / 1995 Coll., on the State Statistical Service, as amended by Act No. 411 / 2000 Coll.
The MKF classification text valid on 30 April 2013 will continue to be published on the website of the Ministry of Health (www.mzcr.cz) and the Institute of Health Information and Statistics of the Czech Republic (www.uzis.cz).
