THE LAW
of 23 March 2011
amending Act No. 433 / 2010 Coll., on the State Budget of the Czech Republic for 2011
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 433 / 2010 Coll., on the State Budget of the Czech Republic for 2011, is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 1 (1) of the Introductory Part of the provision, "1 044 000 908 000 'is replaced by" 1 055 700 908 000' and "1 179 000 908 000 'is replaced by" 1 190 700 908 000'.
2. In Annex No 1, "1 044 000 908 'is replaced by" 1 055 700 908' and "1 179 000 908 'is replaced by" 1 190 700 908'.
3. In Annex No 2, "527 052 034 'is replaced by" 538 752 034', "531 463 917 'is replaced by" 543 163 917' and "1 044 000 908 'is replaced by" 1 055 700 908'.
4. In Annex 3, "13 149 907 'is replaced by" 24 849 907' and "1 179 000 908 'is replaced by" 1 190 700 908'.
5. In Annex 4, Chapter 322, Ministry of Industry and Trade, the figure "13 149 907 'is replaced by" 24 849 907' and a new specific budget indicator "Renewable Energy Subsidies' is added to the budget of expenditure of" 11 700 000 '.
6. In Annex 4, Chapter 398 The general treasury number "531 381 271 'is replaced by" 543 081 271', "527 052 034 'is replaced by" 538 752 034', "16 639 618 'is replaced by" 16 419 030' and "1 260 002 'is replaced by" 1 480 590'.
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
