DECLARATION
of 28 February 2008
on models of service uniforms of members of the Fire Rescue Corps of the Czech Republic, their use and manner of external marking, and the model of service pass (Order on equipment and service pass of members of the Fire Rescue Corps of the Czech Republic)
According to § 25 (c) of Act No. 238 / 2000 Coll., on the Fire Department of the Czech Republic and amending certain laws, as amended by Act No. 362 / 2003 Coll.:
Staff uniforms and their use
(1) The service uniforms of members of the Fire Department of the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as "the Member") are:
(a) working uniform I,
(b) working uniform II,
(c) a ceremonial uniform; and
(d) social uniform.
(2) Working uniform I or working uniform II shall be used by the member in the performance of his service according to the nature of the activity, except in the cases referred to in paragraph 3.
(3) Festive or social uniform is used by the member on festive occasions or piety acts.
Models of service uniforms
(1) The service uniforms are composed of the basic equipment components listed in Annex 1 to this Order and other equipment components which are:
a) in the case of men hat boat, uniform jacket universal, park, waist jacket with insert, light jacket, pullover without sleeves and pullover with long sleeves, scarf, winter cap, winter shoes, black leather gloves,
b) in the case of women hat boat, uniform jacket universal, park, waist jacket with insert, light jacket, pullover without sleeves and pullover with long sleeves, summer dress, scarf, winter cap, winter shoes, silk scarf, black leather gloves.
(2) The models of service uniforms are set out in Annex 1 to this Decree.
Method of external marking of service uniforms
External marking of service uniforms means:
(a) a large national emblem of the Czech republity3) (hereinafter referred to as the "great national emblem"),
(b) the designation of belonging to the organizational part of the Fire Department of the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as "the organizational part"),
(c) the sleeve character of the Fire Department of the Czech Republic ("the sleeve character"),
(d) the grade designation or the grade 4),
(e) a badge with an identification number;
(f) the identification number in the textile version,
(g) hat badge,
(h) collar badge,
(i) the inscription "HZS ČR" and
(j) accessories of service uniforms.
Large State emblem
(1) The large State emblem is placed on the left sleeve of the jacket of the working uniform I and the ceremonial uniform, shirts or blouses, summer dress, uniform cover universal, parks, light jackets, waist jackets with insert and pullover with long sleeves. It's embroidered or woven. A white shirt with long sleeves or a white blouse with long sleeves does not apply to a large national character.
(2) On the left sleeve of the equipment parts of the social uniform is a large state emblem embedded. A large national character shall not be used on the shirts of the social uniform.
Designation of membership of the organisation
(1) The designation of belonging to the organisational part (hereinafter referred to as "home") is in the form of a semi-round section. The house is embroidered or woven. The background color is the sailor's blue, the font and the frame are in golden design.
(2) For the purposes of this Order, the organisational part shall mean:
(a) Directorate-General of the Czech Fire Department,
(b) fire brigade of regions,
(c) a rescue service; and
d) High School of Fire Protection and Higher School of Fire Protection in Frýdku-Městka.
(3) The house is placed on the right sleeve of the jacket of the working uniform I and the ceremonial uniform, shirts or blouses, dresses of summer, uniform cover universal, parks, jackets light, waist jackets with insert, pullover with long sleeves, half shirt with collar and blouse of working uniform II.
(4) A white shirt with long sleeves or a white blouse with long sleeves is not used.
(5) The model of the home is set out in Annex 2 to this Decree.
Hand character
(1) The sleeve character has the shape of the shield bounded by the golden frame. The color of the base is the navy blue, the writing and the sign of the Fire Department of the Czech Republic is in gilding design. In the upper part there is a sign "HASIČSKÝ," underneath it is a sign "SAFETY SPB." Under it is placed the sign of the Fire Department of the Czech Republic, which consists of 2 cross axes and a helmet, enclosed by an unclosed wreath from the lipos branches, on the bottom of which is placed a civil protection mark ("the sign of the fire department '). The inscription" CZECH REPUBLIC' is placed at the bottom of the sleeve. The sleeve is embroidered or woven.
(2) The sleeve character is placed on the right sleeve of the jacket of the working uniform I and the ceremonial uniform, shirts or blouses, summer dresses, parks, light jackets, universalised jacket, waist jackets with insert, pullover with long sleeves, half-shirt with collar and shirt blouses with working uniform II.
(3) A white shirt with long sleeves or a white blouse with long sleeves shall not be marked as belonging to the organisation.
(4) The pattern of the sleeve character is set out in Annex 2 to this Decree.
Rank
(1) The conformity marking is made of brass and is surface-worked or may be embroidered. From the rank mark to the rank mark, the ensign is in silver, from the rank mark the lieutenant to the rank mark the colonel is in golden design. A white shirt with long sleeves or a white blouse with long sleeves is not used.
(2) The designation of the general rank is made of gold metal or is embroidered, the lime branches are only embroidered. The designation of the rank of general shall be placed on the shoulders.
(3) The jacket of the social uniform, the case dress and the summer dress in women has a quality mark embroidered on the left sleeve and is embroidered on the left sleeve of the summer and winter coat.
(4) On the blouse of the working uniform II and the park, the rank mark is placed above the right breast pocket, on the pullover with long sleeves, light jacket and half shirt with collar are placed on the right side of the front part. The proper marking is embroidered.
Identification number badge
(1) The badge with the identification number is a metal, embossed, silver colour with a patina. On the lower part is displayed the sign of the fire brigade, in the upper part is the identification number.
(2) The badge with the identification number shall be placed on the right front of the jacket of the working uniform I and on the right pocket of the blue shirt or blue blouse.
(3) The badge with the identification number referred to in paragraph 1 shall not apply:
(a) on the service uniform of the Director General of the Fire Department of the Czech Republic,
(b) working uniform II; and
(c) at the ceremonial and social uniform.
(4) The model of the badge with the identification number is given in Annex 3 to this Order.
Identification number in textile version
(1) The identification number in the textile version has the shape of a rectangle and is embroidered. The background colour is the sailor's blue, the figure and the frame are in gilding design.
(2) The identification number in the textile version is placed on the blouse of the working uniform II, a half-shirt with collar and a pullover with long sleeves above the left breast pocket.
(3) The model identification number in the textile version is set out in Annex 4 to this Regulation.
A hat badge
(1) The hat badge is made of brass and is surface-treated. The hat badge consists of a stylized pad and a inserted large state emblem. From the rank mark to the rank mark of the ensign, the cap badge is in silver, from the rank mark of the lieutenant to the rank mark of the colonel, and for the general ranks is the hat badge in gold.
(2) The hat badge is placed on a hat with a label, a hat, a winter hat and a hat on a boat.
(3) The hat badge does not apply to the hat for working uniform II.
A collar badge
(1) The collar badge is made of brass and is surface-treated. The collar badge is round, it has a fire brigade in the middle. From the rank mark to the rank mark of the ensign, the collar badge is in the silver version, from the rank mark of the lieutenant to the value mark the colonel is the collar badge in the golden version.
(2) The collar badge is placed on both sides of the jacket collar of the working uniform I, the jacket of the ceremonial uniform, the uniform jacket of the universal, the jacket of the social uniform and the jacket of the social summer and winter.
(3) The collar badge does not apply to service uniforms at the rank of general.
Label
The inscription "HZS ČR" is embedded on the left sleeve of the equipment components of the social uniform. The inscription "HZS CR" does not apply on the shirts of the social uniform.
Complements of service uniforms
The accessories of service uniforms, which are uniform buttons, tie clips, decorative cords or underarm on the hat in men, are from the rank mark to the rank mark to the rank mark to the commander in silver, from the rank mark to the rank mark to the rank mark to the Colonel in gold.
National official's card
(1) The member's service card (hereinafter referred to as "licence") is in the form of a plastic card with a size of 85,6 x 54 mm. The colour of the underprint grid goes fluently from blue to yellow and into blue again. In the upper part of the licence on the left there is the inscription "HASICAN SAFETY PHOTOGRAPHY" in red letters and the inscription "CZECH REPUBLIC" in black. There is a large national emblem on the top of the pass on the right. In the left part of the licence there is a printed form of the holder of the licence with dimensions of 26 x 35 mm. To the right of the printed form of the holder of the licence, the inscription "COMPETENT SERVICE CERTIFICATE 'shall be the colour of the red and four white surfaces containing a black printed surname, name, title and six-digit personal registration number of the licence holder. The signature of the Director General of the Fire Department of the Czech Republic is on the bottom right of the card. The inscription" HASICAL SAFETY PHOTOGRAPHY' shall be placed in white letters, repeated throughout the width of the licence.
(2) The model of the licence is set out in Annex 5 to this Decree.
Transitional provision
(1) Staff uniforms and external markings used after the entry into force of Decree No. 323 / 2001 Coll. until the entry into force of Decree No. 564 / 2004 Coll., except for social uniform which may have been used as working uniform I, may be used until 31 December 2008. Working uniform II in the version of the Nomex with the existing external marking may be used until 31 December 2013.
(2) The rating marking referred to in Article 7 (1) or (2) shall apply to the service uniform referred to in paragraph 1.
Repeal
The following shall be deleted:
1. Decree No. 323 / 2001 Coll., implementing certain provisions of Act No. 238 / 2000 Coll., on the Fire Department of the Czech Republic and amending certain laws.
2. Decree No. 564 / 2004 Coll., amending Decree No. 323 / 2001 Coll., implementing certain provisions of Act No. 238 / 2000 Coll., on the Fire Department of the Czech Republic and amending certain laws, as amended by Decree No. 433 / 2004 Coll.
3. Decree No. 657 / 2004 Coll., amending Decree No. 564 / 2004 Coll., implementing certain provisions of Act No. 238 / 2000 Coll., on the Fire Department of the Czech Republic and amending certain laws.
4. Part Two of Decree No. 433 / 2004 Coll., establishing the type and model of service medals of the Security Corps and the grounds for granting them, as amended by Decree No. 658 / 2004 Coll.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.

Models of service uniforms
Working uniform I
The essential components of the working uniform I shall be:
(a) in the case of men, a dark-blue jacket with a grey-blue discharge on the sleeves of sleeves, dark-blue pants with grey-blue puffs in side seams, blue shirt, or a half-shirt with a dark-blue collar, dark-blue cap with a label, blue socks, black loafers, dark-blue tie,
b) in the case of women, a dark-blue jacket with a grey-blue outlet on the sleeves of sleeves, a dark-blue skirt, or dark-blue trousers with grey-blue puffs in the side seams, a blue blouse, or a half-shirt with a dark-blue collar, a dark-blue hat, stocking pants of body colour, black boats, dark-blue tie,
(c) in the general ranks, a dark blue jacket with a wine-red droppings on the sleeves of the sleeves and on the circumference of the shoulders and with a lip branch on the collar, a dark-blue trousers with a wine-red droppings in the side seams, or a dark-blue skirt in the female, a blue shirt in the male, a blue blouse in the female, or a half-shirt in the dark-blue with a collar, a dark-blue cap with a label decorated with a lime-red thread in the male, or a dark-blue hat in the female, dark-blue socks, or stocking pants in the female, black polo-lobes in the male, or black pumps in the female, the universal shell, dark-blue tie.
Working uniform II
The basic equipment components of the working uniform II are dark blue blouse or half-shirt dark blue with collar, dark blue pants, shirt grey or dark blue, black shoes or boots, dark blue hats. The working uniform II can be placed with conspicuous elements and the hat marked "HASIČI."
Festive uniform
The essential components of the ceremonial uniform are:
(a) in the case of men, a dark-blue jacket with a grey-blue discharge on the sleeves of sleeves and dark-blue pants with grey-blue ejections in the side seams, a white shirt, a dark-blue cap with a label, a dark-blue tie, blue socks, black loafers,
(b) in the case of women, a dark blue jacket with a grey blue outlet on the sleeves of the sleeves and a dark blue skirt, a white blouse, a dark blue hat, a dark blue tie, panty pants of body color, black pumps,
(c) in the general rank, a dark blue jacket with a wine-red droppings on the cuffs and around the circumference of the shoulder straps, with a lime branch on the collar, a dark blue pants with a wine-red droppings in the side seams in men, or a dark-blue skirt in women, a white shirt in men, or a white blouse in women, a dark-blue cap with a label decorated with a lip branch and a wine-red mucus, or a dark-blue hat in women, a dark-blue tie, dark-blue socks in men, or body-blue pants in women, black lobes in men's or black pumps in women, a uniform coat.
Social uniform
The basic equipment components of the social uniform are:
(a) in the case of men, a dark-blue jacket with a medium-blue outlet on the sleeves of sleeves and dark-blue pants with medium-blue droppings in the side seams, a dark-blue cap with a label and a visible medium-blue dropper, a white scarf, a white shirt with long sleeves for a butterfly, or a tie, a dark-blue butterfly, or a dark-blue tie, white gloves, black socks, black loafers, a formal summer or winter coat,
(b) in the case of women, a dark-blue case dress with a medium-blue outlet on the sleeves and around the neckline and a dark-blue jacket with all the mid-blue droppings on the front parts and a slot in the elbow seams lined with medium-blue droppings, a white scarf, or a grey scarf, a white glove, a dark-blue hat, stocking trousers of body colour, black shoes, a mantle of social summer or winter;
(c) for general grades
1. in the case of men, a dark-blue jacket with a wine-red double-sided gold-lined discharge on the cuffs and with a lime branch on the tips of the collar, dark-blue trousers with wide wine-red droppings in the side seams, dark-blue hat with a label decorated with a lime branch and a wine-red vamp, white shirt with long sleeves to the butterfly or tie, dark-blue tie or butterfly, black socks, black loafers, white gloves, mantle for the social summer or winter,
2. in the case of women, a dark blue holster dress with a wine-red double-sided gold lining on the sleeves and around the neckline and a dark-blue jacket with a marked wine-red double-sided gold flap on the front parts and a slot in the elbow seams lined with a wine-red double-sided gold flap, a white scarf, or a grey scarf, a white glove, a dark blue hat, a panty pants of body color, black pumps, a coat of social summer or winter.
