DECLARATION

amending Decree of the Ministry of Transport and Communications No. 366 / 1999 Coll., on the method of proving the financial capacity of the carrier
The Ministry of Transport and Communications provides for the Act No. 111 / 1994 Coll., as amended by Act No. 38 / 1995 Coll., Act No. 304 / 1997 Coll., Act No. 150 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 132 / 2000 Coll. and Act No. 361 / 2000 Coll.:
Decree No 366 / 1999 Coll., on the method of proving the financial capacity of the carrier, is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 2 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) The carriers shall demonstrate their financial capacity by accounting statements. (1) The accounts shall be presented for the last closed financial year."
2. In Paragraph 2 (2), the second sentence is deleted.
3. In Article 2, the following sentence is added at the end of paragraph 3: "A guarantee contract may be concluded by a carrier with an insurance undertaking or a company engaged in the hire of goods with the option of being repurchased by the lessor and having a contract with the carrier to purchase the hired item - road motor vehicles covered by the proof of financial capacity. '.
4. Paragraph 4 (5) is deleted.
Paragraphs 6 and 7 shall become paragraphs 5 and 6.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
