amending and supplementing Decree No. 18 / 1979 Coll., determining reserved pressure equipment and laying down certain conditions to ensure their safety
The Czech Labour Safety Authority pursuant to § 5 (1) (d) of Act No. 174 / 1968 Coll., on State Professional Safety Supervision, and the Czech Mining Authority pursuant to § 57 (1) (d) of Act No. 41 / 1957 Coll., on the Use of Mineral Wealth (Upper Law), and pursuant to § 10 (a) of the Czech National Council Act No. 24 / 1972 Coll., on the organisation and extension of supervision of the State Mining Administration, in agreement with the relevant central authorities, provides:
The Order of the Czech Labour Safety Authority and the Czech Mining Authority No. 18 / 1979 Coll., which determines the reserved pressure equipment and lays down certain conditions for their safety, is amended and supplemented as follows:
1. Paragraph 14 (3) reads as follows:
"(3) Authorisations issued to organisations and certificates issued to review technicians and test bodies before 1.7.1979 shall be valid until 30.6.1983."
2. the following paragraph 5 shall be added to Article 14:
"(5) Organisations shall submit an application for a new authorisation or certificate to their staff by 31 December 1982 at the latest. '
This Decree shall take effect on 1 September 1982.
