The Ministry of Health, according to the provisions of Section 10 of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on prices, as amended, announces that on 10 December 2009 it issued a price regulation 1 / 2010 / FAR on price regulation of medicinal products and foodstuffs for special medical purposes. The price regulation is published in the Ministry of Health Bulletin No. 9 / 2009 of 18 December 2009 and became effective on 31 December 2009.
