The Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic decided in plenary on 5 April 1994 on a proposal by the Regional Office in Ústí nad Labem to repeal the generally binding order of Ústí nad Labem to ensure public order and security in Ústí nad Labem
as follows:
The Order of the City of Ústí nad Labem No 22 / 1992 of 10 December 1992 to ensure public order and security in Ústí nad Labem is hereby repealed on the date of the declaration of the finding in the Collection of Laws.
