on forestry and forestry governance
The Czech National Council decided on this law:
Act No. 23 / 1962 Coll., on hunting, is amended as follows:
1. in Paragraph 21 (1) (a), the first sentence shall read:
"Detain, in order to identify, a person caught in the wrongful exercise of the right of hunting or in an act prohibited by this law, or a person caught in the pursuit of hunting equipment or, where appropriate, a firearm, unless it is a person authorised under special regulations to carry a weapon on hunting grounds. ';
2. in Paragraph 36 (1), the words "and, in the event of damage to forest crops within 30 days of the date on which the damage was caused," shall be replaced by the words "from the date on which the damage was caused, in the case of damage to forest crops from 1 July of the preceding year to 30 June of the current year within 30 days of the end of that period." and part of the last sentence after the semicolon shall be deleted.
This Act shall take effect on 1 January 1978.
