amending and supplementing Decree No. 60 / 1964 Coll., on payment for use of the apartment and for services connected with the use of the apartment
According to § 47 (a) of Act No. 133 / 1970 Coll., on the competence of federal ministries:
Decree No. 60 / 1964 Coll., on payment for use of the apartment and services associated with the use of the apartment, is amended as follows:
1. The heading under the heading § 8 moves beyond that designation.
2. Paragraph 8 omits the designation of paragraph 1.
3. Paragraph 8 (2) is deleted, renumbered § 8b and inserted after § 8a.
4. The following Section 8a is inserted after Section 8:
(1) The rates set out in Section 8 apply to equipment and installations (hereinafter referred to as "equipment") of an apartment used on 31 December 1976; for the installation of an apartment allocated (1) after 1 January 1977 in a house for which a housebuilding decision has been issued (2) (hereinafter referred to as "housebuilding ') after that date shall be valid only if the equipment referred to in paragraph 4 is not used.
(2) The annual rates for the fitting-out of an apartment allocated after 1 January 1977 in a house which has been closed after that date, as referred to in paragraph 4, shall be fixed by a percentage of the wholesale (retail) prices of such equipment in force at the time of the allocation of the apartment, or, where appropriate, the wholesale price of the product and its installation.
(3) The provisions of paragraph 2 shall also apply to the adaptation, reconstruction and modernisation of existing houses, provided that the apartment was allocated after 1 January 1977 and that the approval was granted after that date.
(4) The annual rates for the following apartment equipment shall be as follows:

| 3. | za kuchyňský sporák plynový v maloobchodní ceně nad 2000 Kčs za kus | 14,7 % |
| za kuchyňský sporák elektrický v maloobchodní ceně nad 2900 Kčs za kus | 14,7 % | |
| 4. | za dveře vstupní ve velkoobchodní ceně nad 245 Kčs za kus | 4,5 % |
| dvoukřídlové v šířce 125 cm ve velkoobchodní ceně nad 305 Kčs za kus | 4,5 % | |
| vnitřní v šířce 80 cm ve velkoobchodní ceně nad 185 Kčs za kus | 4,5 % | |

This decree shall take effect on 1 January 1977.
