DECLARATION
Ministry of Justice
of 12 December 1963
implementing certain organisational measures in the field of state notaries
The Ministry of Justice pursuant to Sections 5 and 101 of Act No. 95 / 1963 Coll., on State notaries and on proceedings before state notaries (notarial order) provides:
(1) The Management of Land Books (§ 101 (1).)
(a) state notaries for Prague 1 also for the territorial districts of state notaries for Prague 2 to 10, state notaries Prague-east and state notaries Prague-west,
b) State notaries Pilsen-city also for the territorial districts of the state notaries Pilsen-North and state notaries Pilsen-South,
(c) the state notaries Brno-city also for the territorial district of the state notaries Brno-rural,
(2) The management of railway books is conducted by:
(a) state notaries for Prague 1 for the territorial districts of state notaries for Prague 1 to 10 and state notaries for Central Bohemian, South Bohemian, West Bohemian, North Bohemian and East Bohemian regions as well as for the main lines in the territory of South Moravian and North Moravian regions;
(b) the State Notary City of Brno for the Territorial Circuits of the State Notary of South Moravian Region and North Moravian Region, with the exception of the lines referred to in (a);
(3) The management of the Libraries of the Earth Plates
a) state notaries for Prague 1 for the territorial districts of state notaries for Prague 1 to 10 and state notaries for Central Bohemian, South Bohemian, West Bohemian, North Bohemian and East Bohemian regions;
(b) State notaries Brno-city for the territorial districts of the state notaries South Moravian and North Moravian regions.
Proceedings (§ 66 to 78 no.) provide state notaries for Prague 2 also for the territorial districts of state notaries for Prague 1 and 3 to 10.
Outside their headquarters are located
(a) State notaries in Semilos - temporarily in Jilemnice;
This Decree shall take effect on 1 April 1964.
