of 27 May 1947
setting time limits under the Law of 8 May 1946, No. 125 Coll., on exceptional measures in the field of trade marks.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders pursuant to § 1, § 2, § 2, § 3, § 4, § 2 and § 5, § 1 of the Act of 8 May 1946, No 125 Coll., on extraordinary measures in the field of trade marks:
§ 1.
The time limits laid down in Sections 1, 2, 2, 4, 2 and 5 of Section 1 of Act No. 125 / 1946 Coll. shall begin on 12 June 1946 and end on 30 June 1948.
§ 2.
The priority periods in the field of trade marks covered by Article 3 of Act No. 125 / 1946 Coll. shall be extended until 31 December 1947.
§ 3.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication; All members of the government will do it.
