State Election Commission
of 15 April 2013
on the publication and publication of the overall results of the new elections to the municipal council on 13 April 2013
The State Election Commission announces and publishes, in accordance with § 51 of Act No. 491 / 2001 Coll., on elections to municipal councils and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended, the overall results of the new elections to municipal councils held on 13 April 2013.
Based on the Communication of the Ministry of Interior No. 349 / 2012 Coll., No. 358 / 2012 Coll., No. 362 / 2012 Coll., No. 414 / 2012 Coll., No. 443 / 2012 Coll. and No. 7 / 2013 Coll. on 13 April 2013 took place in accordance with Act No. 491 / 2001 Coll., on elections to municipal councils and on amendments to certain laws, as amended, new elections to municipal councils.
The Czech Statistical Office found the following election results from the minutes of the vote and the outcome of the vote submitted by the District Electoral Commission:

| b) celkový počet osob, zapsaných ve výpisech ze seznamů: | 821 |
| c) celkový počet voličů, kterým byly vydány úřední obálky: | 627 |
| d) celkový počet zvolených členů zastupitelstev | 44 |
in this according to the electoral parties:
| 80 Nezávislí kandidáti | 0 |
| 90 Sdružení nezávislých kandidátů – místní sdružení celkem | 44 |
(e) a list of the municipalities in which the elections were not held (§ 23 (8)) and the municipalities in which the re-election will be announced (§ 43 (2)):
- list of municipalities in which the elections were not held (Section 23 (8)):
did not occur,
- a list of municipalities where the District Electoral Commission has not submitted its minutes within the prescribed time limit (Paragraph 43 (2)):
It didn't occur.
