DECLARATION
of 10 March 2006
establishing the list of wastes covered by the procedure under Article 55 (2) of Act No. 185 / 2001 Coll.
According to § 55 (6) of Act No. 185 / 2001 Coll., on waste and amending certain other laws, as amended by Act No. 185 / 2004 Coll., hereinafter referred to as "the Act ':
(1) The decree sets out the list of wastes for which cross-border shipments to and from the Czech Republic are subject to the procedure laid down in Paragraph 55 (2) of the Act for environmental protection reasons.
(2) The list of wastes referred to in paragraph 1 is set out in the Annex.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
