The Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic decided in plenary on 5 April 1994 on a proposal by the District Office in Teplice to repeal the generally binding order of the city of Krupka to ensure order in the management of apartments in the property of the city
as follows:
The decree of the city of Krupka to ensure order in the management of apartments in the property of the city, adopted by the City Council in Krupka on 25 January 1993, shall be deleted from the date of the declaration of the finding in the Collection of Laws.
