on additional leave for workers working with chemical carcinogens
The Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides, pursuant to § 105 (2) of the Labour Code No. 65 / 1965 Coll., as amended by Act No. 20 / 1975 Coll., in agreement with the Ministry of Health of the Czech Socialist Republic, the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Socialist Republic and the Central Council of Trade Unions:
Preliminary provisions
§ 1
For the purposes of supplementary leave under this decree, workers who are performing particularly difficult or harmful work shall be regarded as workers who are working with proven chemical carcinogens or in working processes at risk of chemical carcinogenicity (1).
§ 2
Additional leave shall be granted to workers who are working with proven chemical carcinogens or in working processes at risk of chemical carcinogenicity if, for the purpose of carrying out such work, their employment is included in the first working category for the purpose of pension security.
Common, transitional and final provisions
§ 3
Additional leave under this decree is subject to general rules on recuperation.4)
§ 4
Additional leave for workers of the Czech Socialist Republic's Ministry of Industry and the Slovak Socialist Republic's Ministry of Industry, who have been entitled to this leave under the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs Order No. 23 / 1986 Coll., for additional leave for workers working with chemical carcinogens, shall be subject to the conditions laid down therein until 31 December 1989; after that date, entitlement to supplementary leave shall be granted to such workers if they fulfil the conditions set out in Sections 1 and 2.
§ 5
The Decree of the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs No 23 / 1986 Coll., on additional leave of workers working with chemical carcinogens, is hereby repealed.
§ 6
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1988.

2) Directive of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic on health principles for the work of chemical carcinogens of 11.12.1984, HEM- 300- 28.11.1984 (registered in the amount of 1 / 1985 Coll.). Modification of the Ministry of Health of the SSR of 7.12.1984 to include Z-7631 / 1984-B / 2-06 on health principles at work with chemical carcinogens (registered in the amount of 24 / 1985 Coll.).
3) Article 12 of Act No. 121 / 1975 Coll., on Social Security, as amended by Act No. 73 / 1982 Coll. Decree of the Government of the Czech Republic No. 136 / 1975 Coll., on the inclusion of employment in the first and second categories of work for pension purposes, as amended. Department lists of employment included in the first and second categories of work for pension purposes.
4) In particular § 106 (1) and § 109 (5) of the Labour Code, § 14 of the Government Decree No. 54 / 1975 Coll.
